Downloads are available via email, in zip format and are usually processed immediately, once payment has been received, they will be available for download up to a limit of 5 times and within a five day time period, after this the downloads will no longer be accessible.
Due to the nature of our products no refunds are given.

Our CD/DVD burning service orders are sent out once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt, during busy periods or on the rare occasion that complications may occur it may be necessary to extend this lead time, as we are based in Spain delivery may take a little longer. (Working Hours 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday).

CD/DVD's are non-returnable once opened unless they are faulty, a replacement will be given in this event.


CLIPART terms of use on how our clipart can be used

What is NOT allowed

   1. You may NOT sell our clipart AS IS meaning you must create something with our clipart such as websets, crafts, embroidery, candy wrappers.
   2. You may NOT recolorize or change our clipart in any means
   3. You may NOT sell our graphics for RESELLING Purposes. (Unless it is in our Reseller Program)

What is allowed

   1. You may use our clipart collections in your digital scrapbooking kits and creations, paper packs and elements, web design, web services, crafting, candy wrappers, embroidery, patterns
   2. You may use our clipart to create printables or crafting projects

Please give credit for the clipart as stated in each graphics preview, this should be placed in your terms of use, and on the page where the graphics are used.

DESIGNER RESOURCES  Commercial use ok.  You can use these elements as is by incorporating them in a digital kit (packaged along with other elements) keeping in mind that my elements should not be the primary designs (not more than 50% of the kit). You may also recolor them.

By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to use it for your own personal use and you must not copy or distribute it in any format. However you can use the printed images to make and sell your own hand crafted cards.
