How Many Loyalty Points Do I Get On Orders
We give 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend on our website!  Each point is worth 2p so if you spend £25 you can get 50p off a future order.

How Do I Find Out How Many Loyalty Points I Have?
Sign in to your account and click on "your account" in the top right hand corner of the page. There you will see the quantity and value of your loyalty points. You can also see this information in your shopping basket.

How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points?
Login to your account and place the items you want to buy in the shopping basket.  At the top of the shopping basket  the number of loyalty points you have will be displayed along with the value of the points, and there is a box to tick if you want to redeem your points on your current order. Please note that there is still the minimum order of £5, which means you can use your points on anything over the £5.

How to get extra points?
Apart from points on purchases, we also give you FREE loyalty points for helping us to improve our site and service. FREE points are available to registered customers who review products, it is important for us to know what you think about our products. You can do this by filling in our product reviews using the Add Product Review at the bottom left of each product. To thank you for your time in doing this, we will add 50 loyalty points to your account when you submit the form. Please note that no points will be added for reviews on FREE products.

Only registered customers (those that have opened an account prior to sending a review) can receive the points. You can only get points for one comment/review in a three month period.

If you don’t already have an account with us, you’ll be given the opportunity to open one at the start of the checkout process. It’s a really quick and easy way to start saving!
