Why do I have to create an account?
Once you create an account with us, you will become a registered member of Crafty Card Making and be allocated a members shopping basket. This enables you to place products into your basket, which will be stored for you, until you decide to proceed to the checkout. You will have full control over your account details through "My Account", where you can subscribe/unsubscribe from our newsletter, view previous orders, change details & password etc.

Why do I have to create a separate account for the Gallery?
Unfortunately the Gallery and the Shop are not linked yet, so you will have to register on the Gallery as well if you want to submit some finished cards, you can use the same password if you like.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes there is a minimum order value of £5. A the moment this has been reduced to £2.50

Can my order be zero rated?
We are not VAT registered, so we are unable to reduce our prices any further.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletter?
You may subscribe to our newsletter when you create an account or via "My Account". You can unsubscribe via the link in the email, or via "My Account".

How can I find out about special offers?
Special Offers will be posted on the website, but you can also find out about them via our newsletter. We will not bombard you with mail & we operate a strict NO SPAM policy.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
So we can offer you the best prices we are an internet only shop, so unfortunately we do not have a shop you can visit.

What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an email notification of your order shortly after completing your order. If you do not receive this, first log into your account & check that your contents are not still in the basket. If your basket is clear please use the Support Ticket page, as your email address might have been entered incorrectly & we will not be able to contact you. It is important that you keep your details up to date to avoid problems with future orders. You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment from PayPal or NoChex depending on how you paid.

How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order once payment has been received.
CDs can take up to 14 days to arrive.

I haven't received my order yet. What shall I do?
If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes of receiving your payment notification from PayPal or NoChex please use the Support Ticket page.
